PMC/UA 190 Kick-Off Five Year Home Warranty Program

The Greater Michigan PMC/UA 190 Quality Guarantee Plan has been established to ensure that developers and new homeowners receive the maximum protection available in the industry when utilizing contractor members of PMC and UA Local 190. We know that buying a new home is an extraordinary investment of time and money. The Greater Michigan PMC/UA 190 Quality Guarantee Homeowner's Protection Plan helps you get the most of your time and money by providing 5 years of security for your plumbing, piping, fire protection and/or heating, ventilation and air conditioning ("HVAC")systems. The program warrants the workmanship of contractors and their workers.

The first development under the new program was signed in August of this year. The Scio Condo Project, Grammatico Development Company is utilizing PMC member Lee Roberts, Roberts Plumbing & Heating Company, Inc. for the plumbing work. Don House, Director United Association Service and Residential Division and Gary Hamilton, UA Residential Service Department were on hand for the signing. The first Guarantee Plan was signed up by Lee Roberts, Roberts Plumbing & Heating Company, Inc. Lee is one of the newest members of the PMC. He is a member of our Oversight Committee that helped establish the Residential Training Program and the new Guarantee Program.
